  • Experiences with helping patients on board portable emergency room hospital systems when responding to the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina;

  • How portable emergency room hospital systems can best prepare Hawaii for a natural or man-made disaster, pandemic or avian flu outbreak, or other catastrophic event.
