Bills to be heard:
- SCR 186 - Requesting the counties to require all new residential and commercial developments equipped with water conservation devices (IGA, WLA)
- SCR 191 / SR 126 - Requesting the governor, the county mayors and county councils, with the assistance of the tax review commission, the City and County of Honolulu's tax policy committee and comparable committees of Kauai, Maui, and Hawaii counties to review the State and Counties' tax and revenue system (IGA, WAM)
- SCR 217 / SR 147 - Requesting the counties to adopt an ordinance to participate in the National Flood Insurance Program Community Rating System to obtain monetary discounts in purchasing flood insurance (IGA, CPH)
- SCR 185 - Urging the counties to require pervious pavement to be used to pave sidewalks, driveways, and road for new residential, commercial, and public construction projects (IGA, WLA)
- SCR 228 - Urging the United States Congress to approve legislation requiring the United States Postal Service to provide mail recipients the option of being included on a list of those not wishing to receive any unsolicited commercial mail (IGA)
