“As an educator, I have had the privilege to represent teachers in our State. I am endorsing Governor Ige because he understands the important connection between public schools and a strong Hawaiʻi economy.
Having worked closely with the Governor on the Blueprint for Education, I was able to hear, first hand, how passionately he cares for our keiki and teachers in the State of Hawaiʻi.
From the 2016 Education Summit where over a thousand participants were able to share their ideas for education, to the town hall-style meetings, and showing his support for teachers in the final days of contract negotiations, he was there for us.
Governor Ige is our Education Governor. Please join me in supporting Governor Ige in 2018."
